We develop customized training programs and materials to meet individual client needs in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. We have had success in creating and delivering train-the-trainer courses that enable organizations and communities to train staff, who then perpetuate the training within the community. We create curriculum, tools, collateral materials, training manuals, and appropriate delivery mechanisms to meet individual client needs. Some of our previous training has been developed for courses in negotiation, meeting administration, non-profit organizational development, bicycle and pedestrian planning, engineering, and safety education, internal audit procedures in the mutual fund industry, and certification test preparation for professional music teachers. |
